Scalemee is an AI-powered SEO automation platform that helps small business owners automatically generate and publish SEO blog content, analyze competitors, and grow organic search traffic. Features include AI blog generation, competitor research, keyword planning, content calendar, and integrations with website platforms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Scalemee. By using our Service, you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must notify us immediately at support@scalemee.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts to circumvent limitations.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Scalemee to:

Publish spam, misleading, or harmful content
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt our platform
Use our AI content generation for illegal, defamatory, or abusive purposes
Resell or redistribute our services without written permission
Scrape or extract data from our platform using automated means

5. Subscription and Billing

Scalemee offers paid subscription plans billed on a monthly or annual basis. Payments are processed securely through Paddle. By subscribing, you authorize Paddle to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Prices may change with 30 days advance notice.

6. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, your account will require a paid subscription to continue access. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free trial offers at any time.

7. No Refunds

All payments made to Scalemee are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for any subscription fees, partial months, or unused portions of a subscription period. If you cancel, you retain access until the end of your current billing cycle.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms immediately and without refund.

9. AI-Generated Content

Scalemee uses AI to generate blog content based on your inputs. You are solely responsible for reviewing and publishing any AI-generated content. We do not guarantee the accuracy or originality of AI-generated content. You retain ownership of content published through our platform.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Scalemee is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific SEO results, traffic increases, or business outcomes. Search engine rankings depend on many factors outside our control.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scalemee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.
