Overview

When you purchase Scalemee, Paddle acts as the merchant of record. Paddle manages all payments, taxes, subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds.

Refund Window

You are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date. To request a refund, email support@scalemee.com with your order details and we will process it within 5 business days.

Subscriptions

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. You will retain full access until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

Technical Issues

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using Scalemee, contact us at support@scalemee.com. We will work to resolve it and if the issue cannot be resolved we will issue a full refund within the 14 day refund window.

Chargebacks

Please contact us at support@scalemee.com before filing a chargeback. We are happy to resolve any billing issues directly and quickly.
