Refund requests may be submitted within 14 days of your transaction date. All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and we aim to resolve them fairly and quickly.
Email us at support@scalemee.com with your account email and reason for the refund request. We typically respond within 1 business day.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. You will keep full access until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using Scalemee, contact us at support@scalemee.com and we will work to resolve it or issue a refund where appropriate.
Please contact us before filing a chargeback. We are happy to resolve any billing issues directly and quickly.
