Google Search Console data: With your explicit permission, we access your GSC data including keyword rankings, impressions, clicks, and search performance metrics to provide SEO insights.
Usage data: How you interact with our platform, features used, and session information.
Payment information: Billing is handled entirely by Paddle. We do not store your credit card or payment details.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and improve our SEO automation services
To generate AI-powered blog content tailored to your business
To analyze your competitor landscape using DataForSEO
To send transactional emails such as account confirmations and password resets
To communicate product updates and important service notices
To process payments through Paddle

3. Third-Party Services

Anthropic (Claude AI): Used to generate SEO blog content. Your business information and keywords are sent to Anthropic's API to produce content.
DataForSEO: Used to retrieve keyword data, competitor analysis, and search rankings. Your website URL and target keywords are shared with DataForSEO.
Google: We integrate with Google Search Console using OAuth. We only access data you explicitly authorize.
Paddle: Our payment processor. Paddle handles all billing and payment data. We never see your full card details.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your personal data is removed within 30 days.

5. Google Search Console Data

When you connect Google Search Console, we access your search performance data solely to provide SEO insights within Scalemee. We do not sell, share, or use this data for any purpose outside of delivering our service to you. You can revoke access at any time from your Google account settings.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and maintain your session. We may also use analytics cookies to understand how our platform is used. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not function correctly.
